Today was a bad day for me, but a good day for J. The roller coaster roads of western Norway got the better of me. When we finally came to the island of Runde, home to tens of thousands of birds - puffins in particular - I went straight to bed and slept for two hours. J went for a hike and spotted loads of birds, but no puffins. Tomorrow we have booked a boat ride where we'll hopefully spot puffins. I will probably get sea sick, but what the heck!
